Hi there all xbox consultants, I’ve an issue, at this time after I began my Xbox it exhibits that I’m logged in to a different account by it's account 2 profile image and gamerscors however it's my username, they don't assist if I alter profile, I then restarted the router and pulled the cable to the xbox, after I begin the xbox once more I get this display screen, I have already got the xbox app, I’ve an xbox collection x, have had it for about 10 months, does anybody know what the issue is?
