Gifting video games.

So I purchased FarCry 6 for myself as a result of it was on sale. I then purchased it as a present and despatched it to my spouse's account. She hasn't obtained it and there was no affirmation emails obtained by her or I, and the one factor that reveals I purchased it twice are these reward messages. The one distinction is I’ve Sport Cross and she or he doesn’t. Has anybody had issues like this?
