Amazon vendor form of scammed me and now i can fi my controller

So i received my controller in august and i’ve very dangerous stick drift now. I cant declare guarantee trigger apparently it was claimed in july though i purchased the controller in august. Amazon gained assist as the acquisition is previous I attempted all of the really useful steps to take care however doesnt work. I attempted getting it mounted from xbox however the button to rearrange pickup was greyed out. Wdid?
