Xbox: I can hear my social gathering chat however not some other sounds (recreation sounds, basic xbox sounds akin to when i press the house button, and many others)

I’ve not modified any settings on my xbox since i final performed and that i cant hear any sounds aside from my social gathering chat. When i am going to the audio settings, the “headset chat mixer” is about at full and greyed out not permitting me to regulate it. Ive tried restarting my xbox, turning my controller off, unplugging my mic and nothing is working.

Any concepts on what i can do?
